Our policies set out how we keep children safe, how we look after their health and wellbeing, and how we work with families. They are reviewed regularly and every member of staff is expected to know and follow them.
We do not publish the documents themselves, because they are updated often and we would rather give you the current version directly. Copies of any policy are available free of charge. Just ask at the nursery, call us, or send us an enquiry.

Concerns and complaints
If something is not right, please tell us. Most concerns are resolved quickly by speaking to your child's key person or the manager. Our complaints procedure sets out the formal steps if you would prefer to use them.
You can also contact Ofsted, who regulate us under registration number EY357087. Our latest inspection report is published on the Ofsted website.
